Dr. Shelley Crombach

Dr. Shelley Crombach is a chiropractic physician (D.C.) and certified in Applied Kinesiology. Dr. Crombach was born and raised in Ontario, Canada where she grew up on a family farm learning the importance of hard work and wholesome living. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time boating with family and friends. Dr. Crombach graduated with honors from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada where she first became fascinated with human health and majored in Human Kinetics. After graduating, Dr. Crombach was employed by St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Ontario working as a research coordinator where she made contributions and publications in the area of Sleep Medicine Research. Realizing her dream was to help others, she decided to pursue a career as a doctor of chiropractic in the hope that she would be able to offer a truly optimal non-invasive way of caring for her patients. Dr. Crombach attended New York Chiropractic College and feels very fortunate to have studied under leading members of the chiropractic profession. In her spare time, Dr. Crombach has taken hundreds of hours post-graduate seminars in clinical nutrition.

Dr. Crombach uses Applied Kinesiology (AK) to help treat patients in a holistic manner. She feels strongly about AK's true approach to holistic health and enjoys its powerful and unique nature. Dr. Crombach approaches a patient from three perspectives: structural, emotional, and biochemical. Her goal is to help regulate the nervous system by adjusting the spine, balancing muscles, and balancing the biochemistry of the body thereby decreasing the body's overall stress. Her motto is that she doesn't treat health problems; she treats patients with health concerns. Dr. Crombach's vision is seeing the patient without health ailments in order to assist patients actualize their health potential.

Dr. Crombach provides individualized and personalized care through a variety of treatment approaches including applied kinesiology, gentle diversified chiropractic, drop table, craniosacral technique, neuro-emotional technique, and clinical nutrition. These treatment approaches allow her to treat the patient as a whole, addressing the whole person – structurally, emotionally, and biochemically. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, International College of Applied Kinesiology, and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. Crombach has a keen interest in Women's Wellness and helps patients fully achieve optimal and balanced health.
