What to Expect with Your Massage

An initial consultation with the therapist regarding your health history, current ailments and health goals.

A private massage room with a "Quiet Please" door sign.

Padded Clothes Hangers, Small Chair, Jewelry Dish and Mirror are provided in the room for your use.

A comfortable table to lie on within a secure and serene environment.

A sheet to drape over you before and during your massage.  Warm blankets and a temperature-controlled heated mattress pad are provided, if desired.

Professional and Hypoallergenic massage products are applied.

There are many types of therapeutic massage each with important benefits.  Your Massage Therapist can help determine which is best for you.  Communicate your reasons for considering or scheduling a massage so that your Massage Therapist can administer the best techniques to achieve results and help prevent further illness or injury.
